PROCEDURES TO JOIN NEW YORK ARTISTS ONLINE

|| Application and Terms of Use Agreement ||

You may join New York Artists Online by having a link and image to your individual website or by having a page on NewYorkArtists.net with three (or more) images. To be considered as an artist member, please email the address of your website (if you have one) or send two - three digitized images in .jpg format as an attachment to your email. The images should be 72 dpi and no larger than 400 pixels in height or width.

Once your work is accepted, please email:

• The exact name you want your web page listed as.
• Contact info (email address and/or phone number if you'd like that listed on your web page).
• A brief resume (if you would like one) set up in the style of others on the site.
• A brief one or two paragraph artist's statement (if you'd like one)
• Title, medium and size of each work.
• Images of your work

Images can be sent via email but please make sure they're 72dpi in .jpg format and no larger than 400 pixels in height or width. If you have a disk (CD-ROM, flash drive, etc.) and you'd like to "snail" mail them to me, please send it regular postage (nothing that has to be signed for). You can contact me for my office address.

Please fill out the Application and Terms of Use Agreement. When all the materials are received with the first year fee, work will begin on your web page. Pages can be customized if you’d like more than three images. Many artists like more than three images on their web page to represent their work. If you'd like this, an estimate will be given for the work done. Customary charges are $10.00 per extra image above three images.

PRICES:

• Three Image Web Page on NewYorkArtists.net: $75.00 first year introductory rate, additional images $10.00 each. Yearly renewal fee: $100.00 regardless of how many images you have.
• Three Image Web Page on NewYorkArtists.net with a Link to an Artist's Individual Website: $100.00 yearly fee.
• Artist Listing: Brief description of artwork, image and a link to an artists' individual website: $50.00 annually (ecommerce sites additional)
