The Woodstock Byrdcliffe Guild offers month long Artist in Residence (AIR) opportunities for visual artists, composers, playwrights/screenwriters, and writers of fiction, nonfiction and poetry. Longer residencies are available for ceramic artists. Sessions are typically 4 months long (generally during the months of June, July, August, September, and October 2011) and are limited to 3 individuals. The cost per session is $350 USD. The CAC provides 2-wk to 3-month long artist residencies in Troy, NY. It was the wish of Jack Heliker and Bob LaHotan that their home and studios on Cranberry Island in Maine continue to be used by artists.
